عند موافقتك، يطلب التطبيق صلاحية الوصول إلى Google Calendar الخاص بك (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar) لغرض واحد محدد:

إضافة حجوزاتك ومواعيدك تلقائياً كأحداث في تقويم Google الخاص بك.
تحديث أو حذف هذه الأحداث عند تعديل أو حذف الحجز في التطبيق.

نحن لا نقرأ أحداثك الشخصية الأخرى، ولا نشارك بيانات تقويمك مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض إعلاني. استخدام بيانات Google يلتزم بالكامل بـ سياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

Booking Manager ("we", "the app") is a booking and appointment management tool for photographers. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, studio name — at signup.
Booking data: client names and numbers, dates, packages, and amounts — entered by you to manage your work.
Google sign-in data: your name and email from Google for identification.
Google Calendar data: if you connect your calendar, we write your bookings to it. We do not read or share this data.

2. Google Calendar Usage (Important)

With your consent, the app requests access to your Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar) for one specific purpose:

Automatically adding your bookings and appointments as events in your Google Calendar.
Updating or deleting these events when you edit or delete a booking in the app.

We do not read your other personal events, do not share your calendar data with any third party, and do not use it for advertising. Our use of Google user data fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Protect Your Data

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers with encryption in transit.
Access is protected by strict authentication and authorization rules.
The Google Calendar access token is stored only locally on your device.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We only use Google services (Firebase, Calendar) to operate the app.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke Google Calendar access anytime via your Google Account settings.
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
